We show quite a few photos of each stone on the page link above.
Top, bottom, ends and sides of each stone to let you get a good look at all
angles to see that color is thru stone and not just 'flash rock' or only coated
on one surface.

These stones are hand picked from many pounds of hi-graded vein stone and the
rest go back into the ore pile to be crushed for metal extraction. We are only
offering the best gemstone from ore. Only a few pounds of a ton make it to the
truck for evaluation.

DESCRIPTION:
ROUGH WINDOWED BLOCK for cabbing or sphere
grinding
Chrysocolla, malachite and cuprite rough
with pyrites showing in cuprite.
VERY GEMMY LOOKING
I have seen and block cut and slabbed many hundred
pounds of this material and this looks like a great candidate for translucent
chrysocolla cab material. Can't promise, but I'd bet on it.

Bright blue chrysocolla and malachite with
chips of red cuprite in a dense gem silica matrix.
This newly discovered material has surprised the cabbing
community. Arizona mined on a private claim on the edge of the Sonoran Desert.
To this point WufStuff is the sole distributor of the rough material.
We cob the choice material down in a large tumbler to remove as much
softer outer material as possible and to find any potentional fractures and
leaving only the choice core material to minimize waste. We want you
to get 'meat' not 'bone. No sense buying a couple pounds of material and only
finding out half of it is soft and useable or when cutting or polishing and it starts
falling apart. This is some of the best American gem chrysocolla that you will
work with. See the reviews.
Lapidary artisans have reported that this material rivals Morenci, Globe, Ajo,
'Parking Lot', Sonora Sunrise and the rest of them in color, hardness, ease of working and gem
silica quality. It has never before been offered
from this private claim located in southwestern Arizona.
So different are the
mixes of chrysocolla, malachite, bright red cuprite, sprinkled with bornite
(peacock copper) and pyrite chips in a hard gem silica matrix that it is becoming
known as 'Aguilite' by lapidary artisans for lack of another description. Many of these slabs show translucency
to 1/4"!

This material is easily worked and makes great cabs.
